- 4 egg (s)
- 50 grams flour
- 150 g bacon cubes
- 150 g Emmentaler, rated
- salt and pepper

- Boil the potatoes until soft, peel and mash them. Add the eggs, flour and cubes of bacon and stir to form a batter. If you want, you can leave out the bacon cubes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Pour the batter into muffin molds and sprinkle the grated Emmentaler on top. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
