Ingredients
- 750 g potato (s), diced waxy
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 red pepper (s), cut into strips
- 1 green pepper (s), cut into strips
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow in strips
- 2 tomato (s), diced
- 150 g mushrooms, cut into leaves
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Basil, fresh
- salt and pepper

- Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the potatoes for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the peppers and the garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and tomatoes and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add Worcester sauce and basil leaves, fold in and season with salt and pepper.
