Ingredients

  • 750 g potato (s), diced waxy
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper (s), cut into strips
  • 1 green pepper (s), cut into strips
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow in strips
  • 2 tomato (s), diced
  • 150 g mushrooms, cut into leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Basil, fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the potatoes for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the peppers and the garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and tomatoes and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add Worcester sauce and basil leaves, fold in and season with salt and pepper.
