  • salt
  • Clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel them, press them through the press, season them and mix in the flour loosely. Quickly pour into hot clarified butter and roast like a Schmarrn. The appearance cannot be lumpy.
  2. If you like, you can also cut peeled apple pieces into the pan and sear them briefly with the whirler. This makes the dish a little juicier.
  3. You can eat apple compote or buttermilk with the Wirler.
