- 1 ½ kg potato (s)
- 2 medium onion (s)
- 4 egg (s)
- 2 tablespoon, heaped flour
- 200 g ham, diced
- salt and pepper
- Oil for the sheet
- 150 g sour cream or crème fraiche
- parsley
- applesauce

- Peel the potatoes and onions and grate them into fine strips. Knead with eggs, flour and 3/4 of the ham cubes (we as meat eaters always knead at least 200 - 250 g ham). Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 200 ° C for 30 minutes.
- Leave out the remaining diced ham. Spread the sour cream or creme fraiche and the leftover ham cubes on the finished cake, garnish with parsley and serve with applesauce.
