Ingredients

  • 500 g jacket potato (s)
  • 3 bell peppers, in traffic light colors
  • 100 g feta cheese, oriinal
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

  1. Peel the jacket potatoes in warm water (first let them cool down a little in cold water) and cut into slices.
  2. Wash, quarter, core and cut the peppers into wedges.
  3. Fry in hot oil over medium heat for about 15 minutes until al dente.
  4. Mix the potatoes, paprika and season well with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  5. Dice the feta and sprinkle over it.
  6. Side dish: green salad, preferably slightly sweet.
