Potato Salad Lukewarm

Ingredients

• 1 kg potato (s), mainly waxy ones
• 1 onion (s)
• 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 4 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)
• 4 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 pinch (s) sugar
• salt and pepper
• 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
• 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
• 1 dash Worcester sauce
• 0.5 ½ cup meat stock, hot, possibly more

Instructions

1. Put on the jacket potatoes. While the potatoes are cooking, dice the onion and mix with the remaining ingredients. Peel and slice the finished potatoes.
2. Mix with the dressing. Depending on the quality of the potatoes, add meat broth (floury potatoes require more liquid).
