  • 0.5 ½ bunch radishes
  • 1 bag ready mix for salad dressing (yoghurt)
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ quark (cream quark)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes, drain them. Peel the potatoes, clean the spring onions, cut everything into small pieces.
  2. Stir a sauce from the ready-mixed mixture and the quark and pour over it. Chop and add the parsley. Fried haddock goes very well with it.
