Ingredients
- 750 g potatoes, waxy
- 200 g rocket
- 2 onion (s), red
- 250 g sheep cheese
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
- salt and pepper

- Boil the potatoes in salted water, peel them while they are still hot and let them cool. Then cut into slices.
- Wash the rocket, pat dry and pluck into pieces. Peel the onions and cut into rings, the feta cheese into cubes.
- Mix the remaining ingredients into a marinade and mix with the potatoes. Fold in onions, sheep cheese and rocket and season again.
