Instructions

  1. Peel the potato and cut into cubes. Clean the soup greens and cut into small pieces.
  2. Put the potatoes and soup greens in a saucepan and cover with water (can also be a little less - depending on how thick the potato soup should be). Then add salt and pepper and cook until everything is well done. When the soup is done, remove it from the heat and chop everything with a pounder as needed. Then put the pot back on the stove and stir in the processed cheese. Now add the sausages (either cut into small pieces or leave whole). Heat everything, season the soup with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
  3. Liver sausage can now be served if desired. Personally, I don`t like it, but some people like it.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
