Instructions

  1. You need a spiral cutter and wooden skewers for the recipe. The recipe is really very simple.
  2. Cut the raw potato, with or without the peel, into a spiral using a potato spiral cutter machine (mine is called Mr. Potato Twist). The machine then ensures that the potato is already wrapped on the wooden skewer.
  3. Now the skewer can already be put in the deep fryer in the heated oil. Bake for about 5-10 minutes, until the potatoes are baked golden-yellow.
  4. Now drain on a kitchen towel and season, e.g., with salt, paprika, garlic or BBQ spices.
  5. A nice cheese dip goes well with it, for example.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
