Instructions

  1. Wash the unpeeled potatoes thoroughly, drain them and cut them into eighths.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients into a marinade and mix well with the potato wedges. Now immediately (!) Place the potato wedges with the peel down on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 200 - 220 degrees (convection) for about 35 minutes. If necessary, adjust the heat so that the potatoes are cooked and do not brown too much.
  3. Tip: If you like it spicier, replace the oil with chili oil! The addition of garlic can of course be varied.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
