Ingredients

  • 750 g potato (s)
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 0.25 ¼ cup oil, (rapeseed oil)
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and quartered
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the potatoes and cut into slightly larger quarters.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the onion in it, then add the peeled and diced tomatoes, the garlic, salt, pepper, the potatoes and 1 1/2 cups of water and simmer until the potatoes are soft .
  3. Stir every now and then.
  4. The sauce should bind a little, if the potatoes are not yet soft, just add a little more water.
  5. Tastes cold and warm!
