Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, or other sweet berries (possibly frozen)
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 cup yogurt, low-fat
  • 1 cup yogurt, vanilla
  • 1 cup milk (protein, calcium)
  • 1 egg (s), (brain food)
  • 1 teaspoon yeast powder (for nerves, brain)
  • 1 tablespoon oil, safflower oil (good fatty acids), 0.5 teaspoon magnesium powder (heart protection against stress)
  • 4 tablespoon juice (e.g. pineapple, orange), 1 lecithin granules
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ (flakes, (for smooth blood vessels, beautiful skin)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender, whisk well. If it is too thick, dilute with milk or fruit juice. Have a full glass!
  2. You can also vary: instead of banana, sometimes melon. Fruit instead of vanilla yogurt.
  3. Important: eat a wholemeal toast or a slice of wholemeal bread with it. This supplies the body with carbohydrates. And: We feel the need to chew, especially in the morning. If there`s nothing to bite, let`s nibble faster!
