Ingredients

  • 70 g oat flakes, delicate as flowers
  • 30 g protein powder, without flavorins or sweeteners
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled ginger powder
  • 480 ml oat milk (oat drink), unsweetened

Instructions

  1. Put the cold oat milk in a saucepan.
  2. Add the oat flakes and the other ingredients and stir with a whisk until no lumps are visible. If you like, you can add a pinch of rock salt. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly with the whisk so that nothing burns.
  3. Remove the oatmeal from the stove and stir briefly.
  4. Pour into a bowl and serve.
