Ingredients

  • 400 g shrimp (s), cooked and peeled
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 chilli pepper (s)
  • 5 tablespoons orange juice or the juice one orange
  • 150 g lettuce
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • some ginger
  • some black salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • some coriander
  • some parsley

Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthways and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut one half into cubes, set the other half aside. The chili peppers lengthways

  12. Baguette or baked potatoes go well with it.
