Ingredients

  • 250 g prawn (s), raw, headless
  • 0.5 ½ bulb garlic
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • salt
  • 75 ml white wine, drier
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash the prawns and dry them with kitchen paper. If necessary, remove the black intestinal thread on the back with a sharp knife. Peel the garlic, lightly press the cloves. Cut the chilli pepper, remove the seeds.
