- 2 shallot (s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoon lime juice
- 100 g bread (s) - spread (pure brunch)
- 4 leaves lettuce
- Cayenne pepper
- 200 g prawn (s) (polar sea prawns)

- Halve, core and peel the avocado. Cut the pulp into small pieces, drizzle with lime juice and puree.
- Finely chop the shallots and garlic and mix with the brunch. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
- Pour avocado cream into spoons or bowls. Pluck the lettuce leaves into small pieces. Garnish with prawns and cress.
- Roasted baguette and rosé sparkling wine go well with this.
