Instructions

  1. Let glass noodles soak in lukewarm water for about 10 minutes and then briefly blanch them in boiling water. Quench and cut through with kitchen scissors if necessary. This way, the pasta can be mixed better later.
  2. Cut the spring onions into 2 cm long pieces. Squeeze the garlic cloves.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok or pan. Add the garlic and fry until translucent. Put the prawns in the pan and fry them as well, then move them to one side and stir-fry the spring onions for about a minute. Mix everything and add the pasta. Finally, season with oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
