Ingredients

  • 2 peach (s)
  • 35 g powdered suar
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • 4 dl Prosecco

Instructions

  1. Peel the peaches with the peeler or cut crosswise and scald briefly and peel with a knife.
  2. Place in a tall container with the powdered sugar and lemon juice, puree, put in a cool place.
  3. To serve, distribute the puree in champagne glasses and top up with chilled Prosecco.
  4. Sprite or lemonade can also be used as an alcohol-free alternative.
  5. The amount of powdered sugar can be adjusted depending on how ripe the peaches are.
