Ingredients

  • 300 ml water
  • 0.5 ½ cup oatmeal, tender
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 egg white
  • fruit, e.g. strawberries, apples, or bananas
  • hazelnuts, ground
  • desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Heat the water in a saucepan on high and add the oatmeal as soon as it is steaming.
  2. Meanwhile, beat the egg whites, cut the fruit and stir the oatmeal occasionally.
  3. As soon as the oat-water mixture is boiling, turn off the stove and continue to cook until it has a sticky, mushy consistency.
  4. Now carefully fold the egg white into the porridge and serve with fruit.
  5. Depending on your taste, vanilla powder, ground hazelnuts, coconut flakes, cinnamon or similar can be added to the water with the oat flakes.
