Ingredients

  • 750 g minced, mixed, pork and beef
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons lemon peel, grated
  • 50 g olives, reen, rouhly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 bunch thyme (lemon thyme), chopped
  • 4 rosemary needles, chopped
  • 2 sage leaves, chopped
  • 1 thick clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Olive oil, for frying

  1. Mix all ingredients well and form 8 meatballs from them.
  2. Fry them in good olive oil.
