Ingredients
Prunes – 500 g
Sugar – 0.75 cups
Peeled walnuts – 3 cups
Dry red wine – 0.5-1 glass
Sour cream – to taste
Directions
Wash the prunes well, soak in warm water. Remove pits from prunes. Peel the walnuts. Divide the walnuts into halves, carefully fill each plum with a nut. Put the prepared plums in a saucepan. Sprinkle the plums with sugar to taste.
Pour red dry wine over the plums so that they are slightly covered with wine. Put the pan on a low heat. Boil. Then cover and simmer the prunes stuffed with nuts over the lowest heat for 30-40 minutes.
Remove plums from heat. Cool and let it brew in a cold place for 4-6 hours. Prunes stuffed with nuts, ready in wine. Serve plums with sour cream.
