  1. Stuff the pitted prunes with walnuts.
  2. Put the prunes in a saucepan, pour over the red wine and sugar. Boil for 20 minutes.
  3. Insist plums for half an hour. Drain the wine.
  4. Put the prunes in bowls. Drizzle with whipped cream. Sprinkle the whipped cream with prunes with grated chocolate.
