Ingredients

  • g 1,000 vanilla puddin
  • 300 g shortbread (s)
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 50 g butter
  • 6 tablespoon milk
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 220 g powdered suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream and mix with the cold pudding.
  2. Line a baking dish with shortbread biscuits. Spread half of the pudding mixture on top. Then another layer of shortbread biscuits. Spread the second half of the pudding mixture on top. Place a final layer of shortbread on top.
  3. Melt the butter and mix with milk, cocoa, powdered sugar and salt to a smooth mass and spread on the last layer of biscuits.
  4. Put in the fridge overnight and let it steep.
