  • 1 point puff pastry (cooling shelf)
  • 150 g oat cream cheese
  • Honey (bitter, preferably thyme honey)
  • 1 egg yolk for brushing

Instructions

  1. Cut circles out of the puff pastry with a glass. Put some fresh goat`s cheese on each of the circles with a teaspoon (not too much, otherwise it will run out during baking). Now drizzle a little honey on the cheese as needed. Now fold the circles over and press the edges into place. Brush the cheese pockets with egg yolk and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes until they are golden yellow.
  3. A salad tastes good with it.
  4. Tip: The bags can also be used with an aperitif.
