Ingredients

  • 6 sheet / s puff pastry (as required)
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • 6 tablespoon whipped cream
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • some basil leaves, for garnish
  • fat, for the muffin pan

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the wells of a muffin pan well and line them with the puff pastry.
  2. Whisk the eggs, fold in the sour cream, cheese and chives, season with salt and pepper and pour into the puff pastry in portions.
  3. Bake the tartlets in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Let the pastries cool down in the oven and carefully remove them from the mold.
  5. Garnish the tartlets with basil leaves and serve.
