Instructions

  1. Roll out a roll of puff pastry on a baking sheet and brush generously with brunch (I spread about 3/4 of the cup), torn up the pepperoni sausage or salami and ham and spread over the brunch. Cut the onions and peppers into small pieces, drain the mushrooms and distribute everything on the dough as well. Carefully place the 2nd roll of puff pastry on top and press the edge together with a fork. Place in the oven at 200 ° C for approx. 25 minutes.
  2. A little tip: the next day, the pizza tastes even better cold. Good Appetite!

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
