Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry, rolled up and ready to bake, from the cooling shelf
  • 60 g crème fraîche
  • 6 stalks thyme, large stalks
  • salt and pepper
  • 300 g cherry tomato (s), small
  • 1 goat cream cheese roll
  • 3 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on the baking sheet and brush with the crème fraîche. Pluck the thyme from the stems and spread on the crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the cherry tomatoes on top as well. Tear the goat cheese over the pizza.
  3. Bake the pizza for approx. 15 minutes. Drizzle with honey and bake the pizza for another 8-10 minutes.
