Puff Rolls with Ham and Cheese

Snack puff rolls with ham and cheese are tasty and satisfying, very suitable for breakfast. They are prepared very simply and quickly, from a minimum of products.

Ingredients

  • Yeast puff pastry – 500 g
  • Ham – 200 g
  • Hard cheese – 100-150 g
  • Greens (dill) – 1 bunch
  • Mayonnaise (or sour cream) – 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds
  • Yolk (for lubrication) – 1 pc.

Directions

  1. Let’s prepare the filling. Grate ham and cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Chop the greens, mix with mayonnaise.
  3. Roll out the dough into a layer, grease it with herbs and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with grated ham and cheese.
  4. We turn off the roll. Cut the resulting roll into pieces 4 cm wide. Place the puffs on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper oiled with vegetable oil.
  5. Lubricate with an egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds. We bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
