Puffs with Sausage and Tomatoes

Delicious puffs for breakfast. Quick and not at all difficult to prepare puffs with sausage, tomatoes and an egg will surely please your household.

Ingredients

  • Yeast puff pastry – 300 g
  • Sausage – 100 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Ketchup – 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Dill greens
  • Salt – a pinch

Directions

  1. Cut the puff pastry into rectangles, wrap the edges.
  2. Squeeze a drop of ketchup and mayonnaise into the middle of each rectangle, distribute evenly with a spoon.
  3. Place sausage and tomato slices each. Beat an egg with a pinch of salt in a cup, and pour a tablespoon of the egg mixture into each rectangle.
  4. Set the temperature in the oven to 180 degrees, wait 5 minutes for the cabinet to warm up.
  5. Send the sausage and tomato puffs to the oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the finished puffs with sausage and tomatoes with finely chopped dill
  6. Puffs with sausage and tomatoes are ready.
