Instructions

  1. Put the first five ingredients in a bowl and make a yeast dough out of them. Cover and let rise for a good 20 to 30 minutes.
  2. Then roll out and brush with the herb butter. The dough is then cut into many small rectangles each approx. 4 cm x 8 cm (I do this with the pizza roller).
  3. Then take 3 of these rectangles and place them upright in a circle to form a narrow triangle in the middle of a springform pan. The other rectangles are then placed around them (sounds super complicated, but it`s done very quickly).
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 ° C for approx. 30 minutes.
  5. When the bread is baked, it looks like a rose blossom and you can just pluck some of it out.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
