Ingredients

  • 600 g pumpkin meat
  • 400 g cranberries, fresh
  • 500 g preservin suar (2: 1)
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s), the pulp it
  • some water

Instructions

  1. Peel the pumpkin. Boil the berries with the pumpkin in a little water for about 10 minutes. Add the spices. Then stir in the preserving sugar and let it simmer for at least 3 minutes.
  2. Make the gelation test and fill the jam into sterile jars.
  3. If necessary, let the cranberries soak in a little sugar for 1 - 2 hours before processing.
