  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 5 piece (s) walnuts

  • 2 tablespoon, heaped potato starch
  • 1 glass applesauce, self-cooked

Instructions

  1. Peel the potato, wash and scoop out the pumpkin, peel the carrot and peel the onion. Slice all the vegetables with a coarse slicer and mix in a bowl. Crack and chop the nuts, then add. Mix in the egg and potato starch. Season to taste with the spices. Finally add the lemon and mix.
