Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 1 banana (s)
- 3 grapefruit (s)
- 1 orange (s)
- 2 teaspoon, heaped ginger root
- 3 packs vanilla sugar
- 750 g preservin suar, 2: 1
- 300 ml orange juice
- 600 g pumpkin meat (Hokkaido)

- Cut the pumpkin, apples and ginger into small pieces and cook with the orange juice for 5 minutes. Fillet the grapefruit and orange and then briefly add to the pan and heat, then add the banana and puree everything.
- Fruit and juice, not including the banana, should add up to 1,500 g. If it is more or less, then adjust the amount of preserving sugar.
- Add the vanilla sugar and the preserving sugar, bring to the boil while stirring and then let it simmer for 4 minutes.
- Fill into jars and close.
- The jam isn`t that sweet, but it`s super tasty!
