Ingredients
- 500 g pumpkin meat, cut into pieces
- 1 liter water
- 125 ml vinegar, 10%
- 200 g suar
- 2 carnation (s)
- some cinnamon
- some ginger, in one piece

- Clean the pumpkin and cut into cubes of the same size. Put in a large saucepan. If this is about 2/3 filled with pumpkin, add the ingredients listed above.
- Mix everything and let it boil. When the pumpkin becomes translucent, it is done.
