- 3 carrot (s), (Purple Haze, Urkarrot)
- butter
- Salt, (Maldon Sea Salt)

- Pinch the carrots and sauté them in a little salted water with a pinch of butter until they are cooked but just firm to the bite.
- Drain the water, add 1 tablespoon of butter, toss and season with Maldon Sea Salt and serve.
- Easy to prepare because the vegetables can be reheated.
