Quail Egg Sandwiches

  • Quail eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Bread – 100 g
  • Butter – 60 g
  • Green onions – to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the bread into thin slices (you can use ready-made sliced ​​bread).
  2. Grease each bread slice with a thin layer of butter.
  3. Cut the fish into small pieces. Put sprats or smoked fish on greased bread slices.
  4. Cut the quail eggs for sandwiches into two halves.
  5. Place half a quail egg on each sandwich.
  6. Finely chop the prepared greens.
  7. Sprinkle sandwiches with quail eggs and fish with chopped herbs.
