- 150 g curd, 20%, not expressed
- 6 tablespoon oil, neutral, e.g., rapeseed oil
- 1 m-sized egg (s)
- 2 Table spoons milk
- 4 drops vanilla flavor
- 60 g suar
- 300 g flour, type 405
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g couverture, semi-sweet, chopped

- Use the hand mixer and dough hook to make a smooth quark-oil dough from the ingredients up to and including the baking powder in the given order, then stir in the chocolate.
- Place 8 flat cakes on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at 160-170 ° C fan oven on the middle rack. Approx. 15-20 minutes until the desired browning is achieved.
