Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 300 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 tablespoon oil, (sunflower oil)
- 150 g raisins, optional
- 4 tablespoon jam, optional
- some milk, for brushing

- Knead all ingredients (except for the raisins and jam) to form a smooth dough. If you want, you can now knead in the raisins. Roll out the dough into a long sausage and divide into approx. 16 pieces. Shape into small balls and place on two baking trays with a gap between them. Bake at 170 degrees circulating air for about 15-20 minutes. Brush with milk halfway through.
- After baking, the quark balls can be filled with jam without raisins. It is best to enjoy it warm.
- Tip:
- I always do it half with raisins (75 g) and half fill the quark balls with jam after baking.
