Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients (except for the raisins and jam) to form a smooth dough. If you want, you can now knead in the raisins. Roll out the dough into a long sausage and divide into approx. 16 pieces. Shape into small balls and place on two baking trays with a gap between them. Bake at 170 degrees circulating air for about 15-20 minutes. Brush with milk halfway through.
  2. After baking, the quark balls can be filled with jam without raisins. It is best to enjoy it warm.
  3. Tip:
  4. I always do it half with raisins (75 g) and half fill the quark balls with jam after baking.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
