Ingredients

  • 750 g dumplin douh from the refrierated shelf
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 100 g flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • sugar
  • 1 glass applesauce
  • Cinnamon sugar
  • oil
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Mix well the dumpling dough, quark, flour and eggs. If you like it sweet, you can add a little sugar now.
  2. Heat the oil and butter in a pan. Using a large tablespoon, add the batter to the pan. Immediately afterwards turn the mass and press it about 1 cm flat. Fry on both sides for approx. 2 - 3 minutes, remove from the pan and place on kitchen paper. Continue with the rest of the mass.
  3. Serve the finished curd cheese with cinnamon and sugar and applesauce.
