- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 400 g cream cheese
- 400 ml whipped cream
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 2 glasses sour cherries
- 170 grams sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 200 g almond (s) (leaves)

- Spread the almonds evenly on a baking sheet and roast in the oven until golden brown.
- Drain the cherries very well. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix the cream with the quark, cream cheese, salt and sugar. Put the quark mixture in a bowl and spread the cherries over it. Sprinkle the almonds on top.
