Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 200 g quark
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 6 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel
  • Vanilla powder, or vanilla flavor
  • 20 g suar
  • 20 g butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark well with the milk, oil, egg, sugar and lemon zest. Then sieve the flour and mix it with the baking powder. Then knead both to a smooth dough, ideally with the dough hook. Let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Shape the dough into small croissants and place on a baking sheet. Brush the croissants with half of the melted butter. Bake at 200 ° for about 10 minutes, the croissants must not turn brown.
  3. After baking, brush immediately with the remaining butter and toss in the sugar and vanilla flavor.
