Ingredients
- 750 g flour
- 500 g flakes butter
- 250 g suar, brown
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 400 g double cream cheese
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 200 g suar
- 25 g cornstarch
- 5 egg (s)
- 150 g powdered suar
- 25 ml milk
- Grease for the tin

- In a large bowl, knead the flour, flakes of butter, brown sugar and vanilla sugar to form a crumble dough. Press approx. 2/3 of the dough onto a greased baking sheet.
- Mix the cream cheese, quark, sugar, cornstarch and eggs until smooth and spread on the base. Spread the remaining crumble on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C (top / bottom heat) for about 1 hour. Take out of the oven and let cool down.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk together and pour onto the cake with a fork. The milk stays nice and white.
- This cake is totally simple and always eaten up in no time at all. If you don`t want to make a whole tray, you can bake half of the dough (then take 3 eggs) in a 26 mm pan.
