Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 500 ml vanilla sauce
- 1 cup cream, approx. 200 g
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pack cream stabilizer
- 500 g cherry roats
- 100 g chocolate drops

- Mix the quark with the vanilla sauce.
- Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the quark mixture.
- Layer the cherry groats alternately with the quark mixture in a bowl. Then sprinkle with the chocolate drops and cool for at least 1 hour.
- The dessert can be prepared 1 to 2 days in advance. But we also love it freshly prepared.
