Ingredients

  • 200 ml water, warm
  • 50 g butter
  • 500 g spelled flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 100 g raisins
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 4 tablespoon honey, (liquid)
  • possibly milk or water for brushing

Instructions

  1. Mix together flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add lukewarm water, butter, quark, honey and raisins. Process the whole thing into a smooth dough. Cover and let the dough rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  2. Divide into 16 pieces and form rolls from them. Cover the rolls and let them rest in a warm place for about 15 minutes on a baking sheet. Brush with milk / water.
  3. Preheat the oven and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 ° C (hot air).
