Ingredients

  • 750 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 250 g yourt, low in fat
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 500 g fruit your choice
  • possibly alcohol, suitable for the selected fruit
  • possibly cream
  • Chocolate sprinkles for decorating

Instructions

  1. Mix the low-fat quark, yoghurt, vanilla sugar and sugar together very well. Puree the fruits, alternately layer them decoratively in portion glasses or bowls.
  2. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles as a decoration.
  3. Tip: If you want it to be more festive, whip the cream until stiff and mix it with the quark mixture.
  4. In addition, you can add a little alcohol, depending on what goes better with the fruit (like cherries). But really only 1 tablespoon, otherwise the fruit puree will be too runny.
