- 250 g quark
- 2 egg (s)
- 125 g wheat flour
- a bit salt
- 60 g fat, for bakin
- 20 g suar, (1 lihtly heaped tablespoon)
- some cinnamon powder

- Put the quark through a sieve and mix with the eggs, the sifted flour and the salt. Put part of the batter in the form of a thick pancake in a frying pan with melted, hot fat. Bake the pancake light brown on one side, turn and then tear it into small pieces with 2 forks. Brown them well in 6-8 minutes. Sprinkle the pancakes with sugar and cinnamon.
