Ingredients

  • 1 large red pepper (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), green
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 175 g smoked tofu
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 2 large tomato (s)
  • 250 ml soy cream (soy cream cuisine)
  • 150 g herbal cream cheese
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Dice the vegetables and tofu, cut the mushrooms into slices.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok, add the vegetables and, after searing them, let them simmer over a low heat. When the vegetables are a little softer but still firm to the bite, add the remaining ingredients and cook for another 5 minutes. Finally, season with the spices.
  3. Serve with rice!
