  • 1 large onion (s), organic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 g broccoli, frozen
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 250 g shrimp (s), frozen
  • 250 ml cremefine

Quick and Easy Broccoli Soup with Prawns

Instructions

  1. First defrost the frozen broccoli and frozen prawns. As soon as both have thawed, peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
  2. Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a large saucepan, heat it up and sweat the onion briefly, then add the broccoli and cook for about 2 minutes. Now add the broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. The soup is then pureed with a hand blender and then seasoned with salt and pepper and
  4. seasoned. Finally add the Cremefine and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the prawns until done.
  6. Serve the soup with the prawns.
