- 150 ml apple juice
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

- Peel, core and quarter the apples and finely slice the quarters. Then put the apple juice in the microwave for about 10-15 minutes at 650 watts. If the apple slices are soft, they are coarsely pureed with the pinch of cinnamon to taste.
- Tastes best warm, but can also be enjoyed cold.
